Troubleshooting
General checks for XXECLUB Script start-up and serial problems, and what to include when you ask for help.
Start with the smallest change
Change one thing at a time. Keep the exact message you see and the release you use, so support can help.
Start-up checks
- Update Windows and your drivers.
- Review recently installed utilities, overlays and monitoring tools, one at a time.
- Restart the PC and try again.
Serial rejected
Enter the serial where the launcher asks for it, with no extra spaces. Never share it publicly. If it is still rejected, contact support with the exact message.
Performance
Use fewer optional features, compare before and after, and write down the numbers you see.
Launcher update
Close the game before updating. Follow the update prompt and wait until it finishes; do not close the launcher while the bar is moving. Back up your configuration before replacing a release.
Incompatible software component
If the game reports an incompatible software component, note the file path in the message, uninstall the program that installed it, and restart the PC. Do not disable security features. If the message remains, send support the exact text and the file path.
Game closes or blue-screens
Collect the newest dump from C:\Windows\Minidump, update Windows and your drivers, and remove recently installed overlays, network tools or monitoring utilities before trying again. Send support the dump and the exact error code.
Stage-specific checks
| Symptom | Check | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Interface does not start | Windows is updated and both Visual C++ runtimes are installed. | Restart and try again; contact support with the exact message. |
| Serial rejected | The serial was entered where the launcher asks for it, with no extra spaces. | Enter it again; contact support if it still fails. |
| Menu does not appear | The game is running and the interface is open. | Restart the game, then check the menu notes below. |
| Loading fails | The release matches the current game patch. | Install the matching release; contact support with the message. |
| Settings do not save | The release folder is writable and not in a protected location. | Move the folder somewhere writable and try again. |
If the menu is not visible, focus the game window, open the interface again and check the display mode. Change one display-related setting at a time and restart the game after each change.
To reset cached data, close the game and the interface, keep a backup of your configuration, remove only the cache folder, then start again. Do not delete other folders.

winver). - The release you use and the game version.
