Account

Create an XXECLUB account in the launcher, log in with the right region and keep the account secure.

Before you start

Open the launcher from the folder where you extracted the release (see Install). Windows 10 (64-bit) is recommended; Windows 11 (64-bit) also works.

Create an account

  1. Select the Register tab.
  2. Enter a username of 3 to 16 letters and digits.
  3. Enter a password of at least 6 characters, then type it again in the Confirm field.
  4. In the Referrer field enter the username of an existing account. The launcher marks this field as required: use the account that applies to you and never invent one.
  5. Tick I agree to the terms of service, then press Create Account.

Ask the member who invited you for their username. If you do not have one, ask in the Discord community before creating the account; do not use a random username.

Log in

  1. Select the Login tab.
  2. Choose the region that matches your account.
  3. Enter your username and password. Remember me is optional.
  4. Press Log In. The launcher opens on Overview.

Inside the launcher

  • Overview shows the status line, the announcements and the Start Runtime button. The First run guide starts there.
  • Cloud can upload your configuration and search the configurations that other members have shared.
  • Redeem is where a key is entered when the launcher asks for one. Keys are personal; do not share them.
  • Feedback sends a report or an idea to the operators. For questions, use Support.
  • Security is described below.

Account security

After you log in, open Security to change your password: fill Current Password, New Password (at least 6 characters) and Confirm Password, then press Confirm Change. The session stays after a password change. The same form is available before you log in, on the Security tab of the login panel.

The launcher suggests mixing upper and lower case letters and digits, and not reusing passwords from other platforms.

Use Unbind Device only when the launcher no longer recognises your PC after a hardware change, or when you move to another PC. It resets the launcher's device binding so the serial can bind to the new device. It does not change the serial's duration or status. If you are not sure, open a ticket before using it. The button is on the Security page and on the Login tab.

Keep your serial and your password private, and never show them in a screenshot.
